- Justin Everett Review added: 2018.10.08★ ★ ★ ★ ★A perfect day in the jewel on the Suffolk coast at picturesque Thorpeness with its beautiful walks, funny house in the sky, beach and boating lake. Then we all enjoy Homemade Quiche, Scones and Tea by the water's edge at the Meare Shop. Life seems to slow down for an hour I highly recommend it to you. If you are looking for a whole day out I would also recommend visiting RSPB Minsmere just up the coast from Thorpeness.
